1. SHIPPING AREA

The Mystic Shoppe ships to all pin codes across India serviced by our courier partners. We also offer International Shipping, subject to specific terms mentioned below.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

• Domestic Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within India, regardless of the order value.

• International Orders: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

3. PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIMELINES

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

4. DELIVERY TIMELINES

• Domestic Orders: 3 to 5 Business Days

• International Orders: 10 to 15 Business Days (subject to customs clearance).

• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier partner delays.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email/SMS with the tracking number and the courier partner's name. You can track your package on the courier partner's website to get real-time updates.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS

For international orders, please note that The Mystic Shoppe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please note that International orders are Non-Returnable.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
