Refund policy

1. No Refund / No Return Policy

All sales are final.

Once a product has been purchased, it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, except in the limited cases mentioned below.


2. Eligible Cases for Exchange

An exchange will only be considered if the customer receives:

  • An incorrect product (wrong item delivered), or
  • A product that is physically damaged at the time of delivery.

No other reasons will be accepted for return, refund, or exchange.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any exchange request, the customer must provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video that clearly shows:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The full opening process
  • The condition of the product immediately after unboxing

The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly visible. Edited, incomplete, or unclear videos will not be accepted.


4. Reporting Timeline

Any issue regarding a wrong or damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be considered under any circumstances.


5. Non-Liability

If the customer fails to provide the required unboxing video or does not report the issue within the specified timeframe, the company shall not be held liable for any claim.

No exchange, return, or refund request will be entertained in such cases.


6. Final Authority

The company reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or reject any exchange request based on the evidence provided.

All decisions made by the company shall be final.
